Too many schools still run on paper registers, result spreadsheets passed between teachers and notices sent to group chats that miss half the parents. Information is entered again and again, and nobody is sure which copy is right.
GSMS puts one governed record at the centre of each learner's time at an institution, and connects admissions, academics, attendance, fees, communication, staff and operations around it — with each institution's data kept strictly separate and each person seeing only what their role allows.
It is built for primary and secondary schools, combined and boarding schools, colleges and school groups. It is not a learning management system: GSMS runs the institution, and approved learning platforms can connect to it.
