The school decides

Schools collect and use learners' data for running the school. The school decides what is collected and who can see it, and records parental consent where it is needed.

What GSMS never does

  • No advertising or sponsored content, anywhere.
  • No selling or sharing of children's data for marketing.
  • No photos of real children on our website.
  • The public document check never shows a learner's name, class, results or contact details.
  • The help assistant cannot see any school's or child's records.

Parents and guardians

To see, correct or ask about your child's data, contact your child's school first. You can also contact our data protection officer via our contact page.
