Who we are

Golad School Management System (GSMS) is provided by Golad Technologies Limited ("Golad", "we").

Two different roles

On this website — for demo requests, contact messages, newsletter sign-ups, account recovery requests and help-assistant messages — Golad decides how the data is used.

Inside GSMS, each school is the data controller for its learners', families' and staff's data. Golad processes that data on the school's instructions. Questions about a child's records should go to the school.

What we collect on this website

• Demo requests: your name, work email, institution name and type, country, approximate number of students, and — if you choose to give them — your role, phone number, number of schools and a message.
• Contact messages: your name, email, organisation (optional), the topic and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Account recovery: school name, your name, email, phone (optional) and what happened.
• Help assistant: your questions. Messages containing personal details are not saved.
• Document checks: the code you typed and a one-way hash of your connection, to stop misuse. We never store your IP address itself.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange demos, set up schools, send updates you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for these purposes, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact our privacy team via our contact page.
